The Rolling Stock Development Graduate Program is a 2-year program, designed to challenge, empower, and foster entry-level talent in the rolling stock industry. You will work closely with industry experts in your chosen discipline and gain exposure to Victoria’s growing rolling stock pipeline. You will support the rolling stock development division to provide simple, safe, connected journeys for all Victorians. The Grad Program will build your capabilities and ability to work across your preferred area, the wider Department, and external agencies in the rolling stock and rail industry. You will have the unique opportunity to develop and maintain your professional network and collaborate with others, whether they be industry experts or fellow Grads.

To be considered you must have recently completed your undergraduate or postgraduate studies in a Science, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics), IT, Business / Commerce or Project Management based discipline.
