**Responsibilities**:

- Seeking New Consultants
- Lifeworks Health Services (LHS) are now seeking NEW consultants in the Brisbane.
- Also seeking additional areas including: Cairns, Gladstone, and Mount Isa areas.
- Lifeworks Health Services (LHS) is a privately owned boutique rehabilitation provider established in 1997. We specialise in providing injury management, workplace health and safety consulting/training and health and wellbeing services across Australia.
- We are urgently seeking consultants to perform Occupational Rehabilitation services (Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists) under the following schemes: Workcover Queensland, Department of Veteran Affairs and Life Insurance.
- These positions are highly suited to contractors running their own allied health business that would like some additional work in a different stream or those who wish to run their own flexible business.**Benefits**:

Essential:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Current driver’s license and car
- Home office
- ABN and relevant professional insurances
- 1 year experience providing occupation rehabilitation services
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- High quality report writing

Desirable- Experience with case management
- Experience in performing the following assessments: Workplace Assessment, Ergonomic Assessment, Task Analysis, Functional Capacity Evaluation, and Activity of Daily Living Assessments (OT only)
- Comcare accreditation / experience providing DVA services
