We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling (Bachelor in Psychology - Honours) interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector and being part of our team in Brisbane, QLD.

In this role, you will enjoy flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, supported by a close team of healthcare professionals and the resources of a global corporation. Your responsibilities will include providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions, supporting their return to health and work outcomes.

Your duties will include:

• Case management with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
• Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
• Working with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs
• Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
• Working across schemes such as workers compensation, third-party, life insurance, and others
• Conducting vocational assessments and injury prevention services

The ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Acceptance of applications with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and support for ASORC membership and supervision
• Current General or Provisional AHPRA registration or Full ASORC Membership
• Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion
• Strong time management skills
• A current QLD Driver's License and access to own car with insurance
