Our client is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists to join their team as Rehabilitation Consultants. With numerous opportunities available in Brisbane and all of Queensland, this is your chance to take your career to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients across a range of sectors, including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims
- Conducting assessments such as functional, ergonomic, and home assessments to identify barriers to recovery and develop return-to-work plans
- Case management, including developing and monitoring rehabilitation plans, liaising with key stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records
- Building relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all parties
- Participating in business development activities, including networking and identifying new business opportunities
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Demonstrated experience in occupational rehabilitation and injury management
- Strong case management skills, including the ability to develop and implement successful return-to-work plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
