We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is able to work independently. Must have strong organisational, planning & written skills, an eye for detail and ability to multitask. Must be honest, reliable with view to long term employment.

Location: Mainly Penrith but must be able to travel to Bella vista & South Windsor.

**Job Type**: Part-time, 20-38 per week with view to full time

**Essential criteria**:

- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently
- HSC or higher education
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Competent in the use of computers & ability to navigate the computer systems efficiently

**Preferred criteria**:

- Previous administrative experience
- Knowledge of medical billing
- Proficient typing skills

**Daily tasks**:

- Answering phone calls and attending to queries from all stakeholders
- Liaising with stakeholders to make appointments and facilitate correspondence
- Managing front reception desk
- Checking outgoing correspondence for errors
- Attend to invoicing and follow ups
- Assist in business development and website information and enquiries
- Coordinate and support clients
- Record keeping

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penrith NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
