**Traffic Control Administrator**

**Job Description Summary**:

- Day-to-day data entry, answering inquiries, administrative tasks, and complete tracking of field tasks.
- Responsible for accurate and timely entry of information in various client systems related but not limited to: - job claims and invoicing - General notes and updates on current scheduling status. Etc
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information where required to assist with administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate role model behavior in punctuality, reliability, collaboration, and compliance with AAG’s Code of Conduct, Work Health & Safety policies, and more comprehensive business policies and procedures.

**About You**:

- To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous work experience as a Project Administrator preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with a continuous improvement focus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
