Seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor to conduct regular site visits and deliver fantastic customer service to our clients.

**About the Company**

Allroad Group was founded in 2013 with the objective to provide 24-hour high quality Traffic Management Service to our clients.
- With long-term contracts and well-established clients, we are looking to add to our team in preparation for company growth.
- Our company is founded on its people. We pride ourselves in upskilling and career development of all our staff.**About the Position**
- Site and client visits (rostered between day and night crews)
- Create strong relationships with clients and get regular feedback
- Conducting inspections on site set-ups and vehicle, implementing corrective actions when needed
- Upskilling and training of traffic controllers on site
- Process job dockets and timesheets
- Assist in vehicle movements for servicing / repairs when needed
- Assist in allocating crews/vehicles when necessary

**About You**
- Experience working in Traffic Control with a strong understanding of safety
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of people.
- Ability to work evenings/nights a couple of times a week
