Seeking a Traffic Control Allocator to work in our Wetherill Park office for one of our clients.

**About the Company**

**About the Position**
- Allocate traffic control jobs in a timely manner using our allocations software
- Be the point of contact for all clients
- Ensure the traffic controllers have the correct equipment, permits, inductions and skill set to perform the task
- Deal with any issues on site, complaints or staffing shortages
- Build a strong relationship with all traffic controllers, recruiters, and planners in the traffic division to ensure our customers are getting the best service they can
- Weekend shifts available as per business requirements
- Training will also be provided

**About You**
- Experience working in Traffic Control will be necessary
- Fast-paced and able to work under stress with time constraints
- STRONG communication skills and ability to work with a variety of people.
