You’ll already know Tough Dog as one of Australia’s leading and most respected brands within the 4WD Industry. We specialize in the development and distribution of 4WD Suspension throughout Australia and our Global Distribution Network.

The position requires a positive contribution toward planning and delivery of all work performed to maximize the customer experience for both Trade and Retail.

Training Provided

**Do you also possess the following attributes?**
- Previous retail or trade experience
- Previous experience in 4WD Suspension.
- 4WD and adventure products enthusiasts.
- Excellent communication skills and sound interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize workloads
- High customer and client service satisfaction mindset

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Trade and Retail Technical support
- Ability to negotiate and close sales
- Generate new and follow up on existing leads
- Showroom upkeep and display maintenance.
- Preparing sales orders and quotes.
- Liaising with the Workshop Supervisor with Customer vehicle fitting.
- Quoting Trade and Retail customers

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Experience working in a 4WD/Offroad Retail environment preferred
- A mechanical aptitude together with 4WD experience will be an advantage.
- Being well organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Honest, hardworking & reliable
- Cover all aspects of the sales process, through to after-sales service.
- Possess a confident manner and ability to conduct face-to-face sales
- Ability to work unsupervised
- The ability to work as a member of a team.
- Great follow-up skills combined with excellent attention to detail.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Suitable for a Mechanic / Technician wanting a change of direction
- Basic experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
