**This organization is spearheading a transformative initiative to consolidate its businesses onto SAP S/4HANA-based ERP solution.**
**We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to fill the role of a PMO Lead for the organization.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the PMO Lead, you will:
**Ensure Adherence to Governance and Methodologies**
- Ensure adherence to wider organizational project governance, methodologies, and standards.
- Establish and maintain project methods, governance, standards, and templates, following the PMM.

**Operational Management**:

- Establish and maintain project operational tools (such as SharePoint for documentation management) and resource access to such tools.
- Work closely with the business and System Implementation (SI) Partner leadership and wider project resources to track, manage, and report on program management elements, including schedule, risks, issues, actions, changes, dependencies, and deliverables.

**Governance and Support Services**:

- Facilitate, coordinate, and track the onboarding/offboarding of project resources, including building and system access.
- Facilitate and support the regular, quality, and concise project status reporting.

**Stage Gate Reviews and Coordination**:

- Plan, manage, and execute periodic stage gate reviews (in conjunction with the Head of IT PMO).
- Provide program office coordination and support services, such as facilities booking.

**Stakeholder Engagement and Connectivity**:

- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain connection to other projects and initiatives taking place within the organization to manage dependencies.
- Monitor and review project management processes and make recommendations for improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

To succeed in the role:

- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT PMO Lead, demonstrating success in operating within complex integrated environments.
- Possess a recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., SAP Activate, PMBOK, Prince2).
- Demonstrate the ability to oversee, orchestrate, and integrate the activities of multiple project streams.
- Showcase demonstrated experience working in a PMO environment using prescribed methods and tools.
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills, demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of behavioral and personality types.
- Exhibit strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across, and down.
- Proficiently resolve differences, achieve common ground, and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
- Show the ability to work flexibly, including after hours, and travel locally and within Australia as required.
