**Skills Required**:

- Should possess strong technical and leadership skills, including experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) at Synechron.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good at excel and power point skills.
- Experience maintaining time sheets and managing invoices.
- Prior experience working along with the offshore PMO team and stake holders is a plus.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Should work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
- Stay up to date with emerging project management methodologies and tools.
- Mentor and coach team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status and results to stakeholders.
