Melbourne, AUCYP Design & Construction Joint Venture (CYP D&C) has been contracted to design and build the tunnels and stations for the Metro Tunnel Project.

CYP D&C brings together three of Australia's leading construction partners John Holland, Lendlease, and Bouygues Construction.

The Metro Tunnel Project will untangle the City Loop by taking three of Melbourne’s busiest train lines through a new tunnel under the city. It will create a new end-to-end train line from Sunbury to Cranbourne/Pakenham, with twin nine-kilometre tunnels and five new underground stations at Arden, Parkville, Anzac, and two new CBD stations - State Library and Town Hall - which will directly connect to the City Loop.

We are currently recruiting for a RIW Competency & Safety Administrator, to join our team working between the project’s Training and RTF Safety teams.

**Key responsibilities**:
Rail Industry Worker Database management including;
- Management of RIW training (booking, payments, chasing up, etc.)
- RIW set-up for employees (partnership employees only)
- Demobilisation of crews and workers in RIW for the project
- Competency checks and uploads
- support to the RTF team around RIW

Safety Administration including:

- Assist with maintaining office filing and database systems, storing information accurately and safely
- Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and /or publications relevant to the project’s operations
- Provide customer service to the client, external vendors, subcontractors and community stakeholders as requested
- Consult with and obtain required documentation or evidence of action closure from subcontractors
- Retrieve data and produce reports inclusive of graphs from various reflecting OH&S functions, as requested
- Maintain up to date audit and inspection registers noting follow up action and ensuring close out items are conducted within the time specified
- Compile and update outstanding action items arising from the Safety Meeting minutes and ensuring that close outs are conducted within the time specified
- Obtain, compile and electronically file relevant documentation from subcontractors in accordance with the Project Health and Safety management plan and JHG system requirements

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you demonstrate the following;
- 1-3 years’ experience in an office environment
- High School certificate or equivalent administrative experience
- Administration and document management practices
- Use of databases
- Driven, motivated worker with the ability to work unsupervised
