**About the Role**:
We’re seeking an Influencer Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting impactful influencer campaigns.
Reporting to the Senior Influencer Campaign Manager, this role is all about bringing ideas to life—coordinating campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring seamless communication between suppliers and talent agents to achieve the best possible outcomes.

**Role Responsibilities**:
- Plan, execute, and oversee social media influencer campaigns from concept to completion.
- Manage and coordinate influencer creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Track and follow up on all creative deliverables once completed.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance using internal reporting systems.
- Identify and recommend standout content from each campaign to be utilized in advertising.
- Analyze social media campaign effectiveness and provide detailed tracking reports.
- Conduct research on industry trends, benchmarks, and audience preferences to optimize strategies.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, industry professionals, brands, and influencers to strengthen networks and foster relationships.
- Ensure compliance with social media legal guidelines, including TGA regulations and best practices.
**What we are looking for**:
- Strong knowledge of key social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google+.
- A passion for social media, keeping up with trends, audience behaviors, and emerging digital strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with influencers, brands, and internal teams.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, ensuring tasks are managed and prioritized efficiently.
- Sharp attention to detail, maintaining accuracy in campaign execution and reporting.
- Great interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships within the industry.
- Effective time management skills, allowing for seamless coordination of multiple campaigns.
