**Lead our Channel/Partner Sales Team to New Heights**

Our channel sales team empowers our team members in post offices thrive and do their best to service their clients and grow their revenue. The team is split geographically into North and South, we are recruiting for somebody to manage the northern team, across NSW and QLD. You will be joining a high growth, profitable division of the Australia Post business.

In this position you will be leading and coaching a team of Channel Partner Managers who have ownership for a portfolio of around 25 tier one local business partners and 250 tier 2 local business partners.

As the regional manager, you will be responsible for achieving agreed revenue and other financial metrics, via local business partners and other channels. Most importantly, you will be there to motivate, guide, direct and lead your team.

This role plays a key part in the future of Australia Post, you will be aligned to our 2026 strategic imperatives: building a sustainable business, delivering for our customers and supporting each other.

You will work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and execute national sales strategies, and you will get to both design the play and execute it.

**What you’ll deliver with us**

You will manage a team of 8 channel partner managers, developing and supporting them to hit their targets. In this position you will have a direct impact on the success of your team and the success of the wider business unit.

**You’ll**
- Coach a team of channel partner managers to effectively build relationships with local business partners.
- Guide team members development and implementation of customer centric territory plans to ensure sales effort is prioritised.
- Ensure that a deliberate approach is being taken to maximise revenue growth across Australia Post’s business.
- Review salesforce data quality and ensure the sales teams have access to quality data.
- Ensuring local business partners are adhering to pricing policies.
- Driving and supporting channel managers and local business partners to deliver on agreed revenue.

**About you**

You will have extensive experience within partner sales and / or experience leading field sales teams. You will have developed skills in face to face selling of B2B solutions and have a demonstrated commercial acumen.

Within your leadership experience, you will have motivated and developed teams during periods of change, ideally within a large complex organisation.
