**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Privacy office to join our close-knit, collaborative team and play a key role in the delivery of a governance & privacy framework.
This is a terrific career opportunity for someone who wants to further their skills in data governance & privacy by supporting the delivery of all components of a governance & privacy framework.
- Support the delivery of data governance & privacy across Endeavour Drinks and work with the data governance & privacy team to develop and execute a strategic road map to ensure our data is Safe and Trusted.
- Support the implementation of standards, processes and practices required to meet data privacy requirements and ensure they are cascaded within Endeavour Drinks.
- Contribute to the implementation of the new group data governance framework within Endeavour Drinks.
- Contribute to the implementation of the group data risk management framework within Endeavour Drinks in close collaboration with the group data team. This includes managing risks and obligations in relation to personally identifiable information and working with stakeholders in dealing with any risk incidents.
- Alongside other members of the data and personalisation team, work to uplift the group-wide Endeavour Drinks data culture and capabilities.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 2+ years experience in a similar role with a keen interest in data, exposure to working on data related projects and a desire to continue to deepen your knowledge in this fast evolving field
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in delivering projects/understanding of a project life cycle
- Analytical mindset
- Interest in privacy/emerging technologies and the trends therein
- Ability to work with/in an agile environment.
- Willingness to challenge views and be challenged in turn
- Client service focus
- Knowledge of data mapping/lineage/data governance
- Regulatory experience
- Experience in implementing frameworks, policies, processes, and transformational agendas in large organisations
