**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a technical leader to join our team as a Marketing Platforms Manager on a permanent basis. This role is accountable for the management of marketing data integration and platform business enablement across Medibank and ahm (platforms include Salesforce marketing/sales cloud and Adobe Target).

This role is best suited to a pro-active and hands on digital SME who will be able to lead the Marketing Platforms Team to deliver best in class platform support. Responsible for the Marketing Automation stack and connections with enterprise systems, this is a great opportunity to enable leading customer experiences via best in class technology solutions.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist journey and campaign owners to develop customer audience segments for eDM and SMS campaigns.
- Support Automation Specialists and Campaign Owners with marketing audience configuration for eDM sends and multi-stage automation journeys
- Design and Build data flow operating models for daily campaigns to flow seamlessly
- Lead the prospect CRM and Adobe Target enhancement roadmap
- Designated Marketing contact for IT, Customer Analytics and Digital

**About You**

You will be a true Salesforce master with B2C experience gained in a customer facing organisation. Also essential is experience with contact strategy development and in developing automated marketing campaigns based on consumer engagement triggers.

To be successful in the role, you will need to be a strong and confident communicator able to effectively translate business requirements into technology or process outcomes.

Relevant certifications with Salesforce and/or Adobe suite of products would be desirable but not essential.
