Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and creative Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Specialist to lead our brand development, digital marketing strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role oversees the full marketing spectrum—including branding, social media, content creation, advertising, data analytics, and event execution.

Because part of our target market and content involves Chinese-speaking audiences, proficiency in Chinese is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand Management

  • Establish and maintain brand positioning, identity, and tone of voice.
  • Develop and enforce Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency across all external communication.
  • Manage brand presence across website, social media, advertising, and offline materials.

  • Market Research & Consumer Insight

  • Conduct industry trend research, competitive analysis, and audience profiling.

  • Collect and analyze customer behavior data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Produce regular market reports, KPI reviews, and performance analyses.

  • Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting and conversion.
  • Manage EDM, marketing automation, and CRM segmentation campaigns.

  • Content Marketing

  • Develop and produce multi-platform content (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu/RED, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

  • Plan annual content direction, monthly themes, and content calendars.
  • Oversee copywriting, video production, and creative design quality.

  • Social Media & Community Management

  • Maintain official social media channels and engage with followers.

  • Handle user feedback, online complaints, and customer inquiries.
  • Monitor social sentiment and respond to potential PR or reputation issues.

  • Campaign Planning

  • Plan annual and quarterly campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and design teams for campaign alignment.
  • Manage campaign budget, timeline, and KPI delivery.

  • Advertising & Media Buying

  • Evaluate advertising channels, negotiate rates, and manage media partnerships.

  • Control advertising budget and ensure efficient ROI.
  • Collaborate with media partners, KOLs, and KOCs for campaigns.

  • Sales Support

  • Develop sales kits, proposals, promotional materials, brochures, and catalogues.

  • Support the sales team with market insights and customer data analysis.
  • Provide tools and research to strengthen client pitches.

  • Event & Exhibition Management

  • Plan and execute exhibition design, booth setup, event materials, and logistics.

  • Coordinate both online and offline event workflows and staff arrangements.
  • Track post-event performance and prepare event reports.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs across all marketing channels (impressions, clicks, engagement, ROAS, cost metrics, etc.).

  • Prepare regular marketing reports, budget overviews, and ROI analyses.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and strategy.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work with the product team on product information, launch plans, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate with customer service to integrate customer feedback into improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with finance on budgeting, cost control, and reimbursement processes.

  • Creative Direction

  • Develop creative concepts, advertising ideas, scripts, and video directions.

  • Manage designers, copywriters, and creative partners.
  • Ensure all visual and creative output aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing (Manager level: 5+ years).
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required — able to read, write, and communicate professionally for content review, campaign planning, and cross-market coordination.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Chinese and English, with the ability to review or create marketing content in both languages.
  • Experience managing social media platforms for Chinese-speaking markets such as Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Weibo, or Douyin.
  • Familiarity with cross-border marketing or the China market is a strong plus.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, media partners, KOLs, and KOCs.
  • Basic design or video editing skills are a plus.
