We are now seeking applicants for the position of Accounts Receivable Officer within our Treasury team focused on reconciling and receipting client remittance against multiple locations in the Australian Allied Moving Services network. Our role offers Work from Home flexibility with a hybrid set up under our Work From Home policy.

**The Position**:
You will be primarily responsible to monitor and organize the inbound payments made by clients to ensure accurate record keeping and allocation of payments to the branch or franchise locations. This role carries the responsibility to organize payments in the company operating system, AMOS, and so the payments are suitable for month end reporting. In addition, the role may support wider accounts receivable functions in the APAC region.
**Key responsibilities will include, but not limited**:
- Reconcile branch remittance for client payment using the company operating system
- Accurately allocate the correct code payments to remittance advices and match to relevant branch or franchise location
- Action receipting in the operating system for branch locations prior to month end.
- Maintain the Client Payment Provider reports
- Maintain the franchise monthly report including remittance details and share with colleagues prior to month end
- Arrange journals for the franchise network end of month reconciliation.
- Provide general enquiry support for branch and franchises relating to monthly payments & remittances Complete regular audits on client accounts to ensure all transactions have been allocated correctly.
- Where the Customer payment processing team has not been able to identify or allocate customer funds, contact the customer and resolve as per standard operating procedures
Who are we looking for?
- A proficiency to adapt to operating systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with invoicing, payment processing and remittance documentation
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry & financial records
- Experience producing financial reports from multiple sources
- Experience providing advice to resolves financial inconsistencies and disputes
- Strong Time management skill to handle high volumes of invoices and transactions
