**About the Business Unit**:
The Authority also reviews the delivery of services to serious offenders by government agencies, to ensure that service delivery is effectively coordinated and appropriately targeted to each offender's specific risks.
**About the Role**:
This position sits within the secretariat.
Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Review and Assessment Coordinator plays a crucial role in reviewing, assessing and triaging information about the behaviour, risk, and compliance of people on post sentence orders. They play a key role in listing matters to support the Authority's decision-making under the _Serious Offenders Act 2018_, coordinating the Authority's hearings, and actioning decisions and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
Some of your duties will include:
- Collecting, collating, assessing, analysing, coordinating and preparing information that is highly confidential and sensitive so that it can be considered by members of the Authority, often within tight timeframes
- Providing support to Authority members during hearings to ensure smooth and efficient hearing processes
- Facilitating meetings and record decisions during hearings and ensure that decisions are actioned by relevant areas
- Assisting in the effective management of day-to-day operations.

**About You**:
- Demonstrated analytical capability of both quantitative and qualitative data
