With the support and guidance of the CFO, you will lean on your innovative thinking skills and detail-oriented nature to support the complex financial compliance and audit functions of the organisation.

As you may have gathered from the title, you will take the lead on intricate financial reporting - from preparation through to delivery - to ensure integrity and accuracy of the organisations financial functions.

**_Does your background suit this role?_**
Your experience in delivery business improvement processed will support you in implementing modern strategies within the finance team - and ultimately support the CFO lead the finance functions of the organisation.

Ideally, you will have measured and demonstrated experience providing high-level reporting within another ASX-listed organisation, and prior exposure within a Defence or Engineering experience will help you hit the ground running
