As a Financial Analyst, you will provide key financial insights and assist with forecasting, reporting, and budgeting. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of key projects of the group and providing financial advice on programme activities and business decisions.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will provide financial and business analysis to a range of stakeholders. Key to your success will be your ability to understand the drivers impacting the business and provision of strong customer service levels.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Variance analysis and reporting of forecasts vs budget vs actuals
- Financial Modelling and business analysis
- Advanced Excel modelling skills required to create meaningful management reports
- Project reporting and provide analysis against key business metrics
- Develop, maintain and ensure consistent implementation of business guidelines, financial processes, systems and reporting

You will be able to identify practical and effective solutions, with the ability to clearly communicate results, benefits and recommendations so that they add value to the business and drive future process improvements.
