The** Product Manager** will join the Oncology Team to develop strategic and operational plans to achieve marketing and financial objectives in collaboration with the cross functional brand team.

**As a key Oncology Team Member, you will**
- Lead the development and execution of the marketing elements of brand strategic and operational plans
- Engage with the field force in the implementation of tactical initiatives within the strategic and operational plans, inclusive of time in field
- Utilise direct customer and stakeholder engagement to identify, explore and capitalise on key market opportunities
- Act as a role model within the account management process from account prioritisation through to delivery of activities

**You will bring to role**
- 3 to 5 years pharmaceutical marketing experience including successful promotional of specialist drugs in a competitive market
- Strong communication, relationship building and influencing skills
- A positive proactive approach and a strong leadership mindset
- Ability to plan, implement, and analyse data to make strong business recommendations and proposals

To be considered for this role you will have a appropriate Scientific or Business degree qualification, coupled with a proven track record of working with pharmaceutical specialist products.

You will be strong in developing and executing brand plans to achieve outcomes and be a strong partner with the commercial field team.
