**Job Description**:
A fantastic opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. As a Room Attendant you are the heart of the hotel You will take ownership of our newly refurbished guest rooms and suites, ensuring the cleanliness of our rooms exceeds both the guest expectations and hotel standards, and creating a memorable experience for all our guests.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent attention to detail, availability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays and above all else, pride yourself on ability to deliver a room that represents French elegance, style and sophistication.

Your key responsbilities include:

- Cleaning guest rooms, storage areas, and corridors as allocated
- Delivering a memorable experience for our guests with passion and professionalism
- Attending to guests’ requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
- Replenishing guest amenities
- Maintaining strict security procedures

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in the role, your skills and attributes include:

- Warm and caring personality with in ability to anticipate and focus attention to guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Be a good team player
- Have an excellent attention to detail and time management
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
