The Office Manager at KLF Contracts plays a key role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of our business. This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination between office operations, project management, and site activities, contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day office functions, liaising with internal teams, external contractors and clients, and ensuring compliance with project and financial documentation. This position requires a solid understanding of the construction industry and strong organisational skills.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
