**About the role**

We are seeking a Training Compliance Coordinator who has excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail, is self - motivated and strives to achieve their best in providing high quality services in compliance and quality standards to our training operations. Responsibilities cover areas of coordination, processing enrolment and maintenance of quality assurance and compliance status of the RTO.

**To do this, your responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining and coordinating all student enrolments.
- Establishing and maintaining document control procedures, processes, and contribution to system improvement.
- Developing and coordinating the preparation and completion of training materials, regulatory and compliance documents.
- Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of compliance controls, compliance procedures and operational processes.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance of ASQA and VET standards in relation to training.
- Responsible for managing communications to business units regarding training programs.
- Maintaining Document Registers (Master Document Registers, Action trackers etc)
- Reviewing accuracy and maintaining quality control of training materials.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:

- 5 years’ experience in an RTO in a similar position.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 highly desirable.
- Understanding of compliance for the VET sector, operational ASQA guidelines and RTO compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing systems and procedures in an RTO environment and maintaining a Student Management System, preferably aXcelerate.
- Excellent administration, organisation, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
