**Description**:

- Scheduling work and programs, and allocation of Boilermakers and Welders to each project
- Coordinate engineering and technical details for each project, in liaison with Project Managers, to ensure conformity with specifications and relevant Australian Standards
- Maintain Cost Sheet for each project
- Ensure Shop Drawings are up-to-date for fabrication, and take-off materials for getting prices and placing orders
- Weekly program and 3 weekly schedule for all projects
- Ensure staff timesheets are filled out correctly & submitted to Accounts Payable
- Check on progress of outsourced fabrication, and notify PM if any issues with quality of finished product
- Run QA sheets for every project and assist in QA System for manufacturing: updates, reviews, implementation, and maintenance
- Oversee loading/unloading of trucks
- Ensure tools & equipment are kept in good working order
- Assist in Management System for manufacturing: updates, reviews, implementation, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot fabrication issues

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience in overseeing engineering and fabrication functions, preferably for large structures
- Experience in time tracking and project costing - and delivering on budgets
- Experience in managing WHS
- Experience in QA system management
