Wetherill Park, Australia Transform Formwork Contractors Full time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Determine construction methods, materials and quality standards
- Preparing sketches and drawings for formwork and ensuring designs comply with the structural and architectural plans
- Monitor changes to drafting and interpreting specifications, construction methods and procedures
- Assist with budgeting and planning of projects
- Assist procurement of site labour and materials required
- Manage projects to meet deadline and budget
- Liaise with stakeholders and the project team, to ensure effective communication and key deadlines, policies, procedures and safety requirements are met

**QUALIFICATION**:

- At least 1 year experience as an Engineering Technician
- Tertiary qualified in building/ construction field.
- Good computer and correspondence skills.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- You will require knowledge of AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and Revit
- Attention to detail
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills is a must, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wetherill Park NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
