**About the Opportunity**

As a Community Care Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead your team in achieving operational and customer outcomes that align with ECH's purpose, values, behaviors, and strategic objectives.

**About You**

You will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure your team has the necessary resources and training for high-quality care.

You will collaborate with peers to deliver services according to ECH guidelines and standards.

You will monitor and assess client care to ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

You will manage recruitment & retention, hiring skilled individuals and promote staff engagement.

You will oversee new staff induction processes and collaborate to keep them up to date.

You will investigate incidents, hazards, and feedback promptly, to take appropriate actions.

You will actively participate in ECH's quality improvement processes and stay updated on industry trends.

You will lead community care team in defining business targets aligned with ECH's goals.

You will participate in on-call duties, audits, and quality spot checks as needed.
