Due to ongoing growth and increased staff needs **Metro Adelaide** we are seeking **Home & Community Care Workers** with outstanding customer service skills to support our aged care customers living independently in their own homes. Your ability to show enthusiasm, positivity, and empathy as you work with our customers and their families is essential to our service. To achieve exceptional outcomes for our customers you will need to be able to work autonomously be resourceful, have a natural ability to build strong relationships, as well as problem solve. Situations can change quickly, and no two days are the same.
- Casual and part time positions are available_

**Your qualifications will determine the duties and responsibilities you conduct.**

**Some duties include but are not limited to**:

- Personal care (Assisting with dressing, showering, and grooming)
- Medication assistance
- Planning and prepare meals.
- Transport customers on social outings & helping with shopping.
- Assist with light domestic duties (Vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms
- Contribute to support plans to ensure they fit customers’ needs.
- A lack of qualifications will not exclude you from being considered for this position._

**Skills & Experience**
- A passion for looking after and caring for people.
- The willingness to learn new skills on the job and through training.
- Exceptional time management skills
- A current driver’s licence and your own registered, insured, roadworthy vehicle.
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability/Individual support/Community Services is advantageous but not essential.
