About the role

Calvary Community care is seeking the role of a home care package intake officer. This new and dynamic role will be working with the case managers of the home care package team and all relevant parties. To be the first face our Home care package clients meet when they wish to sign up to Calvary Community care. Working with a holistic approach to help them to develop their care plan and services in their home, within their home care package funding.

**Your main duties will include**:
Initial contact and relationship developing with new Home care package clients

Completion of New client comprehensive assessment and paperwork

Developments of a goal centred approach to their care needs

About you

Driver’s License

Certificate 3 in age care

Experience as intake officer or administration

NDIS clearance

Police check
