**About The Role**

Reporting into the Workplace Experience Lead, the Workplace Concierge is the friendly and welcoming face for our team and visitors to our Melbourne Head Office. You will act as a resource and connection point for our team and provide on-the-ground support for our office, including reception, managing our event space, access management, and stock management.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Create a positive and welcoming arrival experience for team members and guests (includes owning and managing the reception area).
- Managing access to the office for our people and our guests.
- Focus on fantastic hospitality, creating high touch opportunities for people to connect in new and exciting ways that speaks to Sportsbet’s culture.
- Manage third party suppliers as required and provide support for large room bookings.
- Ensure that our office and main event space is presentable and engaging for our people at all times.

Please note, this role is a **part time** position (4 days per week) with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday being in office.
