What this job involves
Based front of house, the Workplace Coordinator/Corporate Concierge will be the first point of contact and responsible for welcoming employees with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services, whilst delivering a range of on-site workplace related services.

This role plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and their guest.
The start date for this role will be mid-January.
Create a welcoming, safe, and productive workplace and a welcoming experience for guests, staff and visitors.
Assist the wider Facilities Management team.
Ensure meeting room floors are maintained in a pristine and clutter-free way, ensure rooms are set up ready for each booking and liaise with suppliers of catering, AV etc. to streamline the service offering.
Assist with organising office events.
Build relationships with stakeholders, assisting with the coordination and delivery of day to day running of office premises.
Provide guidance to our people on navigating self-service functions for technical support such as Security, Safety, and IT issues.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in hospitality, hotel management or high-end concierge. You will have well-developed interpersonal skills and able to manage relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations.
Prior experience to manage meeting room services is an advantage.
Must present a professional and friendly corporate image to clients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of verbal and written English
