This national business has been operating for over 20 years. They are a specialist engineering consultancy firm with a range of Tier 1 national accounts within the commercial & government sectors and have gained national recognition as a well-known and respected engineering solution specialist.

They are a 100% specification business focused on project sales within the above mentioned industries with the ability to provide full turnkey solutions in the civil & electrical spaces regarding communications, infastructure, security and electronic projects.

**POSITION**

Due to company growth, a new created Learning & Development Manager has become available to effectively streamline all L&D and HSE policies & procedures.

The primary responsiblities will be within demonstrating a high level of instructional design capability in the analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of Learning and Development solutions including:

- Build exceptional foundations & positive relationships to ensure high impact, highly strategic pieces of work land with positive impact at scale
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand critical priorities, business needs, determine performance gaps, and build and execute a learning strategy and roadmap
- Develop capability plans and learning architecture
- Demonstrate awareness of instructional design and learning centric design and incorporating this into designing a range of blended and digital learning solutions
- Facilitator guides
- Team leader presentation packs
- Participant guides/workbooks
- E-Learning modules

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

- Proven track record of L&D Management within **ANY** technical background; Engineering, Aerospace, Mining, Industrial, Communications, etc - **ALL** are welcome & encouraged to apply
- Deep knowledge of learning evaluation & measurement frameworks, including an understanding of learning transfer
- Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
