**A Day in the Life**:An exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to be an integral member of our highly successful Cardiac Rhythm Management team based in Australian Capital Territory, ACT. This is an excellent role for an individual with strong clinical &/or Sales experience with cardiac pacing devices. Your clinical guidance and technical expertise will prove to be valuable for driving business growth and delivering best possible outcomes to our customers.
Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio offers devices and therapies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure. CRM innovations are now important more than ever. Together, we will transform the lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:
- **Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.**:
- **Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.**:
- **Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.**:
- **Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.**:
- **Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.**:
- **Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.**:
- **Travel as required**:
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- **Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree**:
- **Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Medical Devices or in the healthcare industry**:
- **Demonstrated experience either in a clinical setting with cardiac pacing devices or cardiac sales**:
- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders**:
- **Strong problem-solving skills**:
- **Highly organised with good time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities**:
- **Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results**:
- **Has a valid driver’s license and own vehicle**:
