Applications are invited for an exciting opportunity to undertake the role of ACT Territory Manager.
The role is part time - 18.75 hours per week.

Reporting to the General Manager - Products and Commercial Delivery, the ACT Territory Manager is responsible for ACT based membership engagement, pharmacy engagement, policy and advocacy activities, along with a strong understanding of PSA’s products and service offerings. The ACT Territory Manager will have a strong level of engagement with key stakeholders including PSA members & Branch Committees and will also play an integral role in the implementation of nationally agreed initiatives.
To succeed in this role you will demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a knowledge of contemporary issues in the Australian Health Sector including an understanding of the issues affecting the pharmacy profession.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Advancing pharmacist practice, through contribution to PSA policy & advocacy, including identifying new partnerships, funding and business opportunities;
- Actively contribute to and influence PSA’s member offering promoting superior service delivery that meets the needs of PSA members and potential members as well as contributing to increased levels of retention and engagement with the profession;
- Oversee the implementation of strategies at a local level to ensure the growth of ACT and national membership through attracting new members and retaining existing members;
- Cross business unit collaboration with key stakeholders within PSA to assist the smooth delivery and engagement with PSA’s products and service offerings;
- Working with the PSA’s governance team, providing secretariat support to the Branch Committees, including organising the elections of Committee members and other governance requirements in accordance with the constitution;
**What we are looking for**:
- At least 4 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement at a state/territory level, with demonstrated expertise and experience in leadership;
- Strong knowledge of contemporary issues in the Australian health sector including an understanding of the issues affecting the pharmacy profession;
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise effectively with pharmacists, other health professionals, Territory government, the media and members of the public;
- Expertise, experience and drive to secure revenue streams to help finance PSA activities;
- Demonstrated competence in high level written communication to enable the development of policies, correspondence and marketing material to support the PSA’s activities;
- Well-developed organisational, prioritisation and time management skills;
