**About the role**
**Main tasks**: The primary function of your role is to grow and maintain positive working relationships with a range of dealers selling lawn and garden machinery.

**Other tasks**:
**Generate** new business opportunities for both machinery and genuine spare parts with B2B and B2C clients.
**Share** your time between out in the field with clients and working from home.
**Maintain** excellent business relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
**Prepare** action plans for regular contact with key target clientele
**Collaborate** with leadership to identify new and improved ways of engaging with the target market.
**Monitor** competitors in your territory and provide analysis to your leadership team.
**Provide** reports to your manager detailing activity and performance tracking.
**Utilise** the CRM systems to your advantage and keep accurate documentation of your sales pipeline.

- Exceptional B2B and B2C customer service, relationship-building, and sales skills
