We are seeking a talented, vibrant and dynamic Studio Operations Lead based in our Brisbane CBD studio. About the Role

Reporting to the Group Operations Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the studio as the main point of contact for all administrative and facility related matters
- Supervise and guide two front of house team members
- Manage general studio efficiencies and presentation including recognising areas for improvement, including working closely with counterpart at alternative Brisbane studio
- Coordination of external and in house events
- Responsible for Internal studio communications
- Social committee member and key coordinator
- Onboarding and seating coordination support
- Manage third party providers with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair orders for studio including facilities management liaison
- Ad-hoc administration duties, solving problems, and proposing solutions
- Participate as part of the National studio operations support team including tasks to support national workstream

About You
- Strong problem solving aptitude, the ability to think critically and make sound commercial decisions
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle shifting demands
- As a central point of contact, you will need excellent communication skills to interact with staff, clients and suppliers
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects and deadlines whilst keeping track of various responsibilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire the team to deliver a quality front of house experience
- Has at least 5 years of prior experience in an office manager, EA/PA role
- Previous experience in a blue-collar work environment highly regarded.
- Is highly competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams, Adobe InDesign an advantage.
