We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our incredible team as Face-to-Face Fundraisers, raising vital funds on behalf of the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Victoria. This role offers a unique opportunity to support an iconic Australian charity that saves lives in rural and remote communities. You’ll engage with the public to raise awareness and secure ongoing donations, all while thriving in a supportive, values-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with the public in various locations to share RFDS Victoria’s life-saving mission.
- Build relationships with potential donors, inspiring ongoing support for the cause.
- Communicate with transparency, passion, and accuracy, reflecting our ethical fundraising commitment.
- Uphold fundraising regulations and ethical standards.
- Contribute to our supportive, collaborative team culture.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A genuine passion for helping communities and ethical fundraising.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow.
- Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to our tight-knit group.
- Previous fundraising or sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll help you succeed.
