Key responsibilities will include:

- Manage and oversee the Intake and Assessment team, building a high performing team that consistently adheres to policy and procedure and meets key performance indicators.
- Work within a leadership team environment, including collaborating effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Work flexibly to identify opportunities to develop services, contribute to regulatory reforms, and to continuously improve intake and assessment processes.

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:

- Demonstrated experience in a regulatory, quality assurance or administrative law decision making environment and providing high-quality advice and support to others making decisions.
- Demonstrated to handle stress and pressure effectively and to recognise and deal discreetly with confidential matters in order to take the lead in implementing changes and improvements.
- A positive can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service quality, regulation and compliance
