**About the Role**:
Are you a dynamic and service-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional IT service desk programs? We are seeking an experienced EMS Operations Team Leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management and delivery of EMS services across Department for Education sites.

As the EMS Operations Team Leader, you will lead, plan, and monitor Level 2 and 3 EMS Service Desk programs, ensuring a customer-centric approach that meets the needs of our corporate, school, and preschool customers. You will coordinate and performance-manage a team of Customer Support Officers, ensuring that incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently and effectively. Working within an ITIL environment, you will ensure that team outcomes align with departmental goals, developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the EMS Service Desk team to deliver high-quality support and services to education sites across the state.
- Foster a positive, service-driven culture within the team, encouraging staff to excel in their roles.
- Monitor workloads, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Develop and manage KPIs to ensure team performance meets departmental standards. Collaborate with the EMS Operations leadership team to support the strategic goals of the department.
- **Desirable Qualifications**:

- Qualifications related to Information Technology, ITIL methods or related fields.**

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO7 $108,109 - $116,864 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation**.**
