Full job description
We're seeking a highly skilled General Manager to oversee operations, drive growth, and ensure excellence in project delivery through the SEQ region from the Gold Coast up the Sunshine Coast.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic leadership to all departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization. Manage client and supplier relationships and identify new business opportunities to expand our presence. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Reporting to the Managing Director and Operations Manager
**Requirements**:
- Construction Induction/ White Card is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- General Manager: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: On the road
