**What role would you play on our team?**

Reporting to the Executive Director - Stakeholder Engagement the Corporate Communications Manager will continue to build-on and enhance Entain Australia’s corporate identity via internal and external communication channels.

We are looking for a do-er, someone who can take the foundations we have laid and look for opportunities to optimise and raise the bar of Entain’s corporate identity to support our ambitious growth and sustainability agenda.

This is a pivotal role to the team, with two projects underway that need leading to completion over the next 3-6months for our website & intranet. With multiple stakeholders involved, this role needs a strong communicator who can quickly build solid relationships, suggest innovative and thoughtful solutions and own and execute outstanding communications.

**As a Corporate Communications Manager, your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Create clear and concise communications to enhance our employee engagement through production of a weekly newsletter, all staff EDM content and through providing communications support to internal projects.
- Lead the distribution of key external messages across key communication channels including corporate website and LinkedIn.
- Support planning and delivery of key internal and external engagement event calendar.
- Measure external and internal communications efforts through data and analytics for effectiveness against agreed goals and make suggestions for how we can make them better.
- Mentorship and support to the Corporate Communications Coordinator.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- A self-starter with excellent written, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills who has demonstrated experience in this role at a medium to large corporate.
- Sound knowledge of current and emerging social media technology, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Someone naturally well organised with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across a wide-range of business units.
- You are comfortable working independently in agile environments that operate at pace and scale

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience in dealing with media
- Experience with a previous website design and function project ?????
