**About Us**

At SSKB, we are a privately owned Strata Management Company with offices throughout the East Coast of Australia who manage apartment buildings consisting of over 44,000 apartments.

As managers of these buildings, we provide administrative services to our clients by assisting the Owners with the day-to-day administration of their Owners Corporation.

**The Position**

SSKB is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager, where you will be responsible for promoting the SSKB positive difference to stakeholders. You will strive to improve the value perspective with our current clients, build brand awareness and demand, and increase lead quality and quantity.

You will contribute to our already positive culture by coordinating our team events and internal communication.

Other responsibilities include:

- Planning, developing, and organising marketing campaigns and creative briefs to support business growth objectives
- Managing and guiding a small team responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns and content creation. Reviewing and approving all content before going live
- Planning and executing internal Conference Days, Gala Ball, and other staff events
- Overseeing the sponsorship of large industry events
- Reporting and analysing marketing analytics and results and using data to understand effectiveness and impact and optimise accordingly
- Providing support to our senior management team with their business development goals (proposal creation)
- Overseeing the brand and messaging on multiple channels and client touchpoints
- Developing strong working relationships with a range of senior managers within the business, assisting with tailored department strategies and deliverables, as per the SSKB overall marketing strategy

**About You**

In the fast-paced environment of marketing, to be successful in this hands-on position you will be creative, show initiative with high attention to detail, and be able to lead a small team.

You will also have:

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience marketing experience within a professional services environment
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- A metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with standard marketing channels and tools (socials, CRM, MailChimp, Google Suite)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
- Relevant degree qualifications
