**About the role**:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team on a 9-month contract. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the planning, coordination, and delivery of events that showcase the Doctors' Health Fund brand, deepen stakeholder engagement, and support our strategic goals.
Whether it’s a webinar, conference, or community engagement event, you’ll help create experiences that reflect our values and leave a lasting impression. There’s potential for extension or a permanent role based on performance.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination and delivery of events aligned with our strategic priorities.
- Support internal and external stakeholder engagement throughout the event lifecycle.
- Ensure brand consistency in all event materials in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and impact of event delivery
- Represent Doctors' Health Fund with professionalism and integrity at events and in all stakeholder communications.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experience supporting event coordination and delivery in a corporate environment, ideally in financial services, healthcare, or professional services.
- Exposure to various event formats including webinars, conferences, and engagement activities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Awareness of compliance and regulatory considerations in event planning (desirable).
