Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and working closely with our Product and UX/UI Design teams we are on the lookout for an emerging
**Digital Designer **to join our marketing team

This is a brand new role which requires a dynamic designer who is able to take high level ideas and translate these into compelling creative assets across multiple marketing channels. This role will also be responsible for helping evolve the brand look and feel as we continue our growth journey and showcase our creative designs globally.

**Responsibilities & About You**:

- Be the design lead for the marketing team by owning the brand and ensuring design consistency across all marketing channels
- Create and support digital assets across our product, marketing and sales teams.
- Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for multiple marketing channels and formats.
- Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings on how design should look and feel.
- Manage own workload to ensure effective planning for the week on which assets can be delivered based on priority, revenue and time required.
- Take the role of Rate My Agent’s brand ambassador by showcasing this through creativity and design
- Ability to work interdepartmental through clear communication and collaboration to ensure a unified approach in creative and design
- Test and optimize assets based on their performance.
- Iterate new designs based on user and data feedback - don’t be afraid to test new ideas, creative, formats to improve performance and experience.
- Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation.
