Digital Designer – Liberty Belle Rx

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Location: Toorak, Melbourne | Full-time, On-site

Are you a creative, detail-driven designer ready to shape the future of digital campaigns for one of Australia's leading doctor-developed skincare brands? Liberty Belle Rx is looking for a Mid-Weight Digital Designer to join our in-house team, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting impactful visuals that elevate our brand across all digital platforms.

As our Digital Designer, you'll work closely with our Digital/E-Commerce Marketing Manager, Social Media & PR Manager, and the broader marketing team to bring campaigns to life. From concept through to execution, your work will span eDMs, social media campaigns, website & video content, and product packaging—delivering bold, innovative, and brand-consistent design that resonates with our audience.

The Role

You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality creative assets that bring our brand story to life across digital channels, including:

  • Producing engaging digital marketing assets (eDMs, social campaigns, paid media, web content).
  • Executing pre & post production video assets
  • Design & execute high-quality packaging with attention to detail
  • Supporting ongoing website design updates and visual identity enhancements.
  • Ensuring all creative aligns with Liberty Belle Rx's brand guidelines for tone, typography, and layout.
  • Maintaining organised digital asset folders and approval workflows.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on marketing and brand initiatives.

This is a 5-day per week on-site role, based at our Toorak office.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a passionate designer who combines creativity with technical expertise, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Graphic/Digital Design.
  • 3+ years' experience in an agency or in-house design role, ideally in beauty, retail, or lifestyle.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Skills in packaging design and execution (highly regarded).
  • Experience in video editing (motion design bonus)
  • Proven ability to design high-quality digital content under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence working across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
