We are looking for multiskilled individuals who are passionate about design with a strong work ethic and a love of creative solutions.
With a keen eye for detail, you'll be enthusiastic about typography, composition, and layout. Additionally, you'll have a strong understanding of UX and UI design principles.
You'll be collaborating on a range of different project requirements, ranging from social, digital display, digital OOHs, and microsites. This role also includes opportunities to work on other exciting design projects such as branding and client pitches.
This role will allow you to work across a range of communication challenges for our clients, who come in all sizes - from technology start-ups, charities, boutique FMCG brands, through to large national enterprise clients including financial intuitions, and Government Departments.
We believe in the power of ideas, design, and communication to create well-crafted brand experiences across both physical and digital platforms.
This role requires an ability to work independently, be organised, meet deadlines, and to have a deep understanding of design principals and digital best practises.
**Responsibilities & Expectations**
- Design and rollout digital campaign materials to brand guidelines including but not limited to digital display, social, OOH, microsites/landing pages, eDM’s, presentations, etc.
- Work collaboratively with clients, internal stakeholders and third parties.
- Distil and action feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Communicate and rationalise your work and provide feedback to producers, creatives, and developers.
- Understand UX/UI design, mobile first design and the role of digital within the whole brand experience.
- Must be able to balance time, multiple jobs, and quality of work.
- Be proactive and self-motivated to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
- Stay on top of current design trends.
**Experience / Qualifications**
- A strong design background.
- Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, JIRA and Teams.
- UX and UI design skills and knowledge of design best practises.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and basic animation skills using Adobe After Effects is a bonus but not essential.
