Mastergroup (home of Agrimaster) is a software development company that has been in operation for more than 42 years and specialises in farm financial software, specifically for the Australian Agricultural sector. Agrimaster is used by farm businesses and professional partners in all states of Australia, with a large market share of 80% of farmers in WA.

We are seeking a hungry learner who is an organized, problem-solver with exceptional communication skills. Once the successful applicant has completed their training, they will provide proactive support and product training to our customers and professional partners.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide product support to customers and professional partners.
- Onboarding, training and consulting of new and existing customers on how to use the product successfully.
- Proactively identify and upsell subscriptions and services to customers.
- Creating and maintaining helpful content.
- Attend industry events to represent Mastergroup as required.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Previous experience with accounting/payroll software such as Xero, MYOB, Sage or QuickBooks.
- A Certificate IV bookkeeping and accounting would be highly regarded.
- Previous experience working within a role providing high volumes of customer support
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail
