**About the Role**
- Uplift services and support systems to provide excellent customer experiences
- Configure infrastructure for optimal use
- Resolve escalated 3 rd level technical incidents
- Support and create systems that promote customer self-service
- Provide mentorship and cross-skilling to team members

**About you**

We are looking for somebody who wants to be part of a team and contribute to a positive team culture, people who enjoy collaborating with colleagues and will have a go at putting their hand to any task. As well as this, we are looking for at least 3 of the following technical skills:

- Azure Active Directory
- Device Management (Intune/Endpoint)
- Office 365 Administration
- Basic Networking (Firewall, Switches, Routers VPN)
- Scripting (PowerShell)
