This role is perfect for someone with a background as an EA/PA in Real Estate that is skilled at building relationships, has an eye for detail and a passion for Real Estate.

**The Role will include but not be limited to...**
- Diary management, scheduling meetings & appointments
- Coordinating Directors Campaigns and other marketing collateral
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Database management
- Assisting with event coordination & organising travel
- Assisting with Auctions, Opens & Inspections
- Managing correspondence & other ad hoc duties as required

**Required**
- Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
- Drivers Licence and Own Transport
- Previous experience as an EA/PA in Real Estate
- Exceptional Personal Presentation & Organisational Skills
- Previous experience in Property Sales
